Kick-Off
Brief
Every good project starts with a shared understanding. We begin by discussing the idea, audience, objectives, tone, and visual direction — setting clear expectations for budget, timeline, and collaboration.
Contract
Based on the brief, we prepare a contract for review and approval. Timelines, budget, and deliverables are set. The contract also states that once a stage of the process is approved, it becomes locked and we move forward.
Project Dashboard
Once the contract is signed, you get access to the project dashboard. All information, feedback, and revisions are stored here, so everyone stays up to date.
Pre-Production
Moodboard
We gather references and create a moodboard that sets the course for the project. The moodboard shows style, feeling, and direction – sometimes with music suggestions.
Script
The story is put on paper. First, the client provides a first draft — usually information they want to include. We refine it, deciding how to tell the story. We also describe what will happen visually.
Storyboard
We turn the script into sketch drawings. The action and sound is described and the voiceover is laid out to each scene.
Production
Visual proof
We finalize the look of 1–3 key scenes as still images, depending on the film's length and visual variety.
Draft film
We create a rough version of the film that focuses on timing, flow, and storytelling. Temporary voiceover and music are used.
Voiceover Recording
Once the draft film’s voice is approved, we record the final voiceover. We choose a voice actor whose tone and style fit the project, recording in-studio or remotely.
Post-Production
Versions
We adapt the film for different platforms and formats based on the project deliverables.
Delivery
The film and files are delivered.
